Pride Fest - October 4, 10am-3pm - Pride Fest Food Truck Vendor Space
Hamden Pride will be held on October 4th, 2025 from 10am to 3pm. If you are interested in joining us as a Food Truck, Vendor, Crafter, or Exhibitor, please see the following information. All participants must set up a membership in order to register for the event. Please be mindful as requirements are specific to membership type. You must arrive by 9am and be in place and set up by 9:45am. Our team will direct you to your spot. Food Truck Vendors: Before registering for Pride Fest, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership uploading your Required Hamden Police Department Vendor Permit & your current QVHD (Health Department) License. Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Pride Fest. You will be required to submit a COI for review Vendor of Manufactured Goods or Direct Sales: Before registering for Pride Fest, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership uploading your Required Hamden Police Department Vendor Permit.Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Pride Fest.
