Refund Policy for Camp & Programs


For Programs:
Once a registration is processed, any subsequent change in registration made by you will result in a $10 administrative fee. For cancellations made two weeks before any program start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 admin fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of any program start date will receive credit of 50% of the total program cost, and the other 50% is the cancellation fee and will be retained by the department. For Camp:
Once a registration is processed, any subsequent change in registration made by you will result in a $25.00 administrative fee. For cancellations made before June 26, 2025, you will receive a full refund minus the $25.00 admin fee. Cancellations after June 26th will not receive a refund. You will receive an account credit of 50% of the total program cost, and the remaining 50% will be retained by the department as a cancellation fee.

After the start of any program you are registered for, there are NO Refunds/Credits given.  If you have any questions about your registration, please contact the Recreation Department at (203) 287-2579.
