Refund Policy for Camp & Programs


For Programs:
Once a registration is processed, any subsequent change in registration made by you will result in a $10 administrative fee. For cancellations made two weeks before the any program start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of any program start date will be refunded 50%. If you have any questions about your registration, please contact the Recreation Department at (203) 287-2579.

For Camp:
Once a registration is processed, any subsequent change in registration made by you will result in a $25.00 administrative fee. For cancellations made before June 26, 2025, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after June 26th will not receive a refund.
