Hamden Heronettes Artistic Swim


Artistic swimming, formerly known as synchronized swimming, combines grace and athletic strength with creativity and endurance.

Our goal is to improve fitness, self-esteem, and inspire a competitive spirit. While accomplishing these goals, the athletes also learn teamwork, have fun, make long-lasting friendships, and meet other athletes from around the country.
