Vendor Cancellation & Credit Policy


Vendor cancellations received at least three (3) business days prior to the event are eligible for an account credit. A $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the total credit issued. The remaining credit may be applied toward a future Town of Hamden Recreation event.
Vendor cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the event, as well as vendor no-shows, are not eligible for an account credit.
Once an event has begun, no refunds or account credits will be issued.
