Brooksvale Fall Festival - September 27, 11am-4pm • Register • View Cart •

Brooksvale Fall Festival will be held on September 27th, 2025 from 11am to 4pm.  If you are interested in joining us as a Food Truck, Vendor, Crafter, or Exhibitor, please see the following information.  All participants must set up a membership in order to register for the event.  Please be mindful as requirements are specific to membership type. 
You must arrive by 9am and be in place and set up by 9:45am.  Our team will direct you to your spot.  If you have any questions please reach out to brooksvale@hamden.com.

Food Truck Vendors: 
Before registering for Brooksvale Fall Festival, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership uploading your Required Hamden Police Department Vendor Permit & your current QVHD (Health Department) License. 
Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Brooksvale Fall Festival.  You will be required to submit a COI for review 

Vendor of Manufactured Goods or Direct Sales: 
Before registering for Brooksvale Fall Festival, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership uploading your Required Hamden Police Department Vendor Permit.
Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Brooksvale Fall Festival. You will be required to submit a COI for review

Crafter of Artisan Goods:
Before registering for Brooksvale Fall Festival, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership.
Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Brooksvale Fall Festival. Account and register for Brooksvale Fall Festival.

Exhibitor (Informational Resources - No Sales Allowed)
Before registering for Brooksvale Fall Festival, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership.
Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Brooksvale Fall Festival. Account and register for Brooksvale Fall Festival.
