Food Truck Vendors:
Before registering for Fireworks, you must submit a Pre-Registration Membership uploading your Required Hamden Police Department Vendor Permit & your current QVHD (Health Department) License. Once our staff have reviewed your documents, you will receive notification that your membership is approved and you will be able to log into your MyRec Account and register for Fireworks. If approved, a COI will be required with payment (please see additional forms below).
Vendor of Manufactured Goods or Direct Sales:
